Morrow Sodali, the world’s leading governance and shareholder engagement consultancy, has today announced the appointment of Christian Sealey as CEO APAC, effective 1 July 2020.
The appointment underscores the firm’s continued growth both in Australia and across Asia and will see Christian take over from industry veteran, Maria Leftakis, who has led the firm since its inception in 2006. Ms Leftakis will become Chair of Morrow Sodali APAC and continue to work closely with Christian and the senior leadership team on strategy and business development.
Ms Leftakis said
she was delighted with Christian’s appointment, saying it represented the
culmination of a considered succession planning process over the past few
years.

years Christian has played an integral role in the development of Morrow
Sodali’s APAC business strategy and expansion,” Ms Leftakis said.

governance and stakeholder engagement issues. I have complete confidence in
Christian’s leadership to help take our business to the next level.
