Market trends: SPACs in Italy
In an article published in Il Sole 24 Ore, our Managing Director Andrea Di Segni comments on the advantages of using a SPAC and how the Italian market has benefited from this growing phenomenon.
Nevertheless "the effectiveness of this financial vehicle is undermined by the difficulties in finding appropriate targets and the approval of business combinations, resulting in a potential less interest in SPACs" says Di Segni.
