Governance relating to remuneration of the executive management in listed companies For the third year in a row Sodali organizes, together with the law firm Roschier, a Seminar dealing with hot governance topics of interest to the Board and management of listed companies. This year, the Seminar will address executive management remuneration, with a particular view to practically addressing shareholder concerns and expectations on the matter in the preparation of the Annual Meeting Season.
