Morrow Sodali acted as the tender solicitor for the tender offer deal of Vinda International by Royal Golden Eagle, achieving a 90% acceptance rate within two weeks in this mega deal valuing HK$26,102.56 million (approximately US$3.35 billion). This signifies the largest equity transaction ever in the Chinese household paper industry and potentially the largest fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) M&A deal in the Asia-Pacific region this year.
