The Spin off of Indihome Business Segment from PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM.IDX), a state-owned information and communications technology enterprise and telecommunications network in Indonesia, to PT Telekomunikasi Selular, an Indonesian telecommunications company. IndiHome was 100% owned by Telkom and the largest fixed broadband business in Indonesia.
