NBT Bancorp Acquires Salisbury Bancorp

NBT Bancorp (NASDAQ: NBTB), a financial holding company, acquires Salisbury Bancorp (NASDAQ: SAL), a Connecticut chartered commercial bank serving the communities of northwestern Connecticut and proximate communities in New York and Massachusetts, for $204 million.
