Dali Foods Group Co., Ltd. Privatised by Rongshi International Investment Co., Ltd.

Dali Foods Group Co., Ltd. (3799.HK), a snack food and beverage company, was privatised by Rongshi International Investment Co. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of The State Development and Investment Group Co. LTD., by way of a scheme of arrangement. The total cash required to implement the privatisation proposal is HKD 5.7 billion.
