BMC Stock Holdings Inc. Acquires Builders FirstSource Inc.

Builders FirstSource, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLDR), a manufacturer and supplier of building materials, merged with BMC Stock Holdings, Inc., a construction supply company, in an all-stock transaction valued at $3.7 billion.
