Alibaba Health Information Technology Limited (241.HK), Alibaba Group’s flagship entity that offers one-stop solutions to consumers through integrating online and offline resources of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, acquired target businesses from Alibaba Group Holding Limited, a Chinese multinational technology company specialising in e-commerce, retail, internet, and technology, for HKD13.5 billion.
