AKM Industrial Company Limited Privatised by Alpha Luck Industrial Limited and AKM Meadville Electronics (Xiamen) Co., Ltd.

AKM Industrial Company Limited (1639.HK), an investment holding company principally engaged in the circuit boards and components business, was privatised by Alpha Luck Industrial Limited and AKM Meadville Electronics (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. by way of a scheme of arrangement for HKD 1.8 billion.
