Proxy Voting Guidelines Update for 2023

In this document, Morrow Sodali summarizes the material updates announced by ISS and Glass Lewis for their voting policies for the 2023 proxy season in Brazil. The updated policies will generally be applied for shareholder meetings taking place from February 2023 onwards.
