Glass Lewis Announces its 2021 Proxy Voting Guideline Updates
On the heels of ISS releasing its updated proxy voting guidelines, on November 24th Glass Lewis released its own updates across a number of regions. We have included a summary of the changes to the Glass Lewis United States Policy Guidelines for your review. These changes will be in effect for meetings held after January 1, 2021.
