Corporate Governance in Latin America - Importance For State Owned Enterprises
As the basis of a two-year governance project with the Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF), this White Paper creates a framework to provide the intra-governmental actors and stakeholders throughout Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador with a guideline on how to bolster their corporate governance practices and bring them in line with their international peers.
