This report entitled, "Charting the Future of Canadian Governance: A Principled Approach to Navigating Rising Expectations for Boards of Directors, was written by a committee of eminent Canadian directors and governance experts, including Dexter John, of Morrow Sodali.  The report highlights the imperative for boards to address rising expectations in a multi-stakeholder world and was more than two years in the making.
