Brazil Proxy Guidelines: 2022 Updates

ISS and Glass Lewis recently released their policy guidelines update for the upcoming 2022 proxy season, effective from February 1, 2022. In this issue of Proxy Update, we highlight the material changes relevant for the Americas and Brazil in particular.

The updated guidelines will generally be applied for shareholder meetings taking place in 2022, except for those stated otherwise, with a one-year transition period, which will be effective starting in 2023.
