Morrow Sodali’s Debt Services Team is pleased to act once again as Information, Exchange and Tender Agent for The Government of Mongolia’s offers (i) to purchase for cash any and all of the 5.625% Notes due 2023; (ii) subject to the Maximum Exchange Acceptance Amount, to exchange 5.625% Notes due 2023 for New Notes; (iii) subject to the Maximum Exchange Acceptance Amount, to exchange 8.75% Notes due 2024 for New Notes; and (iv) to purchase for cash up to the Maximum 2024 Tender Acceptance Amount of 8.75% Notes due 2024.
