Woolworths Group Demerger of Endeavor Drinks Group
Woolworths Group (OTC: WOLWF), a retail operator and the largest company in Australia by revenue, spun out subsidiary Endeavor Group (ASX: EDV), an alcoholic drink retailer, in a transaction valued at A$12 billion.
