58.com Take-private by Quantum Bloom Group Ltd

58.com (NYSE: WUBA), a Chinese online “classifieds marketplace”, entered a going-private transaction with a consortium led by Warburg Pincus, General Atlantic and the company’s chairman and CEO for $8.7 billion.
