About

Suzanne McIntyre is a Director, Consulting, with FrameworkESG, a Morrow Sodali Company. She brings 20 years of experience in ESG disclosures including reports and questionnaires to her work at FrameworkESG. She has worked both as an in-house sustainability manager and a consultant.
In her current role, Suzanne collaborates with senior leadership to develop ESG strategies and communication plans that build brand value and enhance profitability.  She specializes in crafting disclosures that adhere to GRI, ISSB’s IFRS standards and the EU’s CSRD ESRS standards.
Before her time at FrameworkESG, Suzanne led sustainability reporting and program-managed sustainability initiatives for four Carnival Cruise lines. Prior to her time in the tourism industry, she drove the implementation of Starbucks stores’ LEED volume build program across multiple markets. Suzanne began her ESG career conducting ESG research for ESG investors and raters and rankers.

She received both her MBA and MS from the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute. She graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Natural Resources.

She currently resides in the Seattle/Tacoma area with her husband and daughter where she can be found enjoying the urban trails and farmer’s markets.
