Jennifer is a senior HR leader with broad experience across the hospitality and financial services and hospitality sectors, including over 10 years with global asset manager BlackRock. 

 

Jennifer is responsible for overseeing Morrow Sodali’s people strategy, aligning it with the company’s growth and corporate goals. This includes the design and implementation of Morrow Sodali’s organizational structure and comprehensive talent management programs.  

 

Additionally she leads a global team responsible delivering HR services and managing employee relations across all markets where Morrow Sodali operates.   

 

She is a member of Morrow Sodali’s Executive Committee which is responsible for company strategy, business development and all client related matters.
