Hasib Nasirullah joined FrameworkESG, a Morrow Sodali Company, in October 2021. As a Director, Consulting, he serves as a go-to partner for clients, leading engagements across FrameworkESG’s full suite of ESG products and services:
- Materiality assessments (including double materiality in line with new GRI and upcoming CSRD requirements)
- ESG strategy and goal setting
- ESG communications including annual reports, microsites/landing pages, and factsheets that are aligned with standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and UN SDGs
- ESG questionnaires and surveys, including S&P CSA (DJSI), EcoVadis, and the UNGC’s new CoP
- ESG ratings analyses covering raters such as MSCI, Sustainalytics, and ISS
- ESG integration, including setting up and facilitating ESG governance (e.g., ESG councils and committees)
His clients include both private and public companies across a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, automotive, logistics, and financial services, at varying maturity levels, from those just starting out on their sustainability journey to award-winning companies that are highly rated by ESG raters and have been included on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for consecutive years. He also has experience advising clients on combining and updating their ESG strategy and communications in the context of mergers and acquisitions and buyouts.
Hasib has extensive experience engaging with Board and C-suite members on ESG and has led numerous interviews, trainings, workshops, and presentations. Serving as a trusted advisor, he empowers his clients to use an ESG lens to unlock stakeholder insights that create long-term business value and are aligned with a company’s business strategy and vision.
Hasib graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Political Science and from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business with an M.B.A., specializing in CSR and Global Business. He holds an FSA Level I credential from SASB. He is based in Denver, CO where he can be found in the mountains during his spare time, skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.
