Ed Galati joined Morrow Sodali in 2022 as Global Chief Financial Officer. Ed has over 30 years of accounting and CFO experience. Most recently he was the President and CFO of Ness Technologies, a digital platform and software development services company owned by the private equity firm, The Rohatyn Group. Prior to that he served as the CFO at Computer Generated Solutions, a privately held learning and outsourcing company. He has also held CFO positions at Teledyne E2V and CMI, Inc.
Ed is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a BS in Accounting. Ed serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
