David joined Morrow Sodali in 2007. As Director – Proxy, he works closely with senior executives at a diverse range of corporate issuers to help ensure successful proxy solicitation outcomes for their shareholder annual and special meetings. He has extensive experience with M&A, Special Purpose Acquisition Companies, tender offers and shareholder activism. David earned a BS in Management & Business from Skidmore College.
