Cheryl Fladung joined Morrow Sodali in October 2021 as Vice President, Sustainability & Corporate Governance. She is a member of the US Corporate Governance team, based in our Stamford office. At Morrow Sodali, Cheryl evaluates client ESG profiles, performs peer benchmarking & gap analysis, supports clients in delivering sustainability disclosures, and assists in identifying material topics that may potentially impact business success.
Cheryl’s prior experience covers environmental performance reporting, ESG program development, and the implementation of various sustainability initiatives for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. During her time with Regeneron, Cheryl was involved in the development and execution of an improvement strategy for the company’s environmental reporting, leading the authorship of multiple sustainability related disclosures. Her experience also covers benchmarking studies, setting environmental goals and targets, plus input into sustainable building design with the company’s physical sites. Cheryl received her Bachelor of Science in Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability from The Ohio State University.
