Alvise Recchi is the Chief Executive Officer of Morrow Sodali.
Over 20 years of track record in the global shareholder engagement and governance consulting business, providing strategic advisory services to corporates and other clients around the world.
Prior to his role at Morrow Sodali, Alvise was a Partner at GWM (Global Wealth Management), dealing with the management of a portfolio of investments in real estate, renewable energy, asset management and overall family office services. He was the CEO and founding shareholder of Georgeson Europe from 1999 to 2005, until the company was bought by Computershare, with notable responsibilities for the development of the shareholder service business in Europe and Latin America.
Alvise started his career at Credit Suisse dealing with the management and the distribution of financial products. In 1994 he moved to INA (Generali) where he dealt with the privatization and listing, before moving to Telecom Italia in the investor relations and finance role.
He holds a Degree in Economics.
