Alex Pulisic is a Managing Director with Morrow Sodali Fund Solutions, where he brings a wealth of experience in Governance Research and Advisory, as well as Proxy and Fund matters. Prior to joining Morrow Sodali Fund Solutions, Alex served as Vice President and head of fund governance at the highly-regarded Institutional Shareholder Services ("ISS"). During his tenure at ISS, Alex crafted governance policies that drove the company's vote recommendations, which institutional investors relied on to make informed governance decisions. In addition to leading the research and advisory practice for the ISS fund governance group, Alex was also a valuable member of ISS' Contested Situations Research group, where he advised institutional shareholders on contentious and complex scenarios.
