02 Mar 2022 • Milan or online • American Chamber of Commerce in Italy Towards the Board 2.0

The pandemic has accelerated the transformation of corporate business models, and changed organizational structures and decision-making processes. In this period of change, the role of the Board is of primary importance to promptly respond to the challenges posed by the “new normal”. What are the new skills required, the entities to be involved, and the most effective processes to apply?

The Governance Working Group of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy has drafted a position paper, hereby attached, that answers these questions and provides effective recommendations. The highlights of this paper will be presented at this event to be held on 2 March 2022 at 16:00 (CET), and subsequently discussed by a panel of distinguished governance experts. The hybrid event can be attended either in person at Palazzo Delle Stelline, Corso Magenta 61, Milan, or online.

Morrow Sodali is pleased to partner with the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy for this conference and share valuable insights by our Managing Director, Andrea Di Segni, who will be part of the panel of experts. The panel will also include Luca Arnaboldi (AmCham Italy), Giovanni Magra (GC Governance Consulting), Giuseppe Scassellati-Sforzolini (Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton), Andrea Bonante (Moncler), Andrea Gritti (Gianni & Origoni), Barbara Cominelli (Autogrill), Marco Gubitosi (Legance), Giovanni Strapazzon (Stanton Chase), and Domenico Siclari (Università “La Sapienza”).
