Binding votes on executive remuneration: how to address this

On February 12, 2020, Morrow Sodali sponsored a workshop in conjunction with Assogestioni, within the Catch-Up Program-Minority Directors, focusing on the binding vote on the executive remuneration policy at upcoming Italian Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

Andrea Di Segni, Managing Director, and Fabio Bianconi, Director,  took part in a panel dedicated to the transposition of the EU Shareholder Rights Directive II in the Italian Market and new provisions related to director remuneration.
