Morrow Sodali appoints Jean-Florent Rérolle as Managing Director

Jean-Florent Rérolle has joined Morrow Sodali as Managing Director. Based in Paris, Jean-Florent will represent Morrow Sodali in France and will be responsible for the continued growth of the French market while providing strategic advice to companies and their Boards of Directors on matters related to governance and shareholder relations, mergers and acquisitions, activism and other special situations.

Jean-Florent has been valuation Partner at Ernst & Young in Paris and New-York, Managing Director of investment bank Houlihan Lokey in London and Paris, and Partner at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he led the Valuation and Capital Market Insights activity. 

He is a founder of the Institut Français des Administrateurs (the French Institute of Directors), a long-time member of its board, author of a book and of several reports on governance best practices. He teaches corporate finance, valuation and corporate governance in several business schools in France.
